I feel a wee bit guilty about posting this.
Got on the scales earlier to find a whopping weight loss so I've just treated myself to pie and chips. I always lose a shedload in the first week so don't feel all that bad about blowing out.:rolleyes:0 -
Quit the guilt trip everyone. I've just had a huge plate of chinese...
Been so good today as well. Well, up until half an hour ago. May go to the gym once I can move off the sofa as I feel WELL guilty

PS - well done yeovilmac, how much did you lose then..?0 -
I'd rather not say because it might be my scales playing up but it was more than half a stone.
I have been eating much better lately and when I work for this customer I'm working for now, I always lose weight as I'm dashing up and down folk's doorsteps....:A0 -

Morning guys! I've lost about 2 pound this week so my total weight loss is 4.2kg = 9.2 pounds (sorry, I work in kg - looks less scary on our scales!) Am happy but was hoping for more. Am impatient
Am getting used to now 'treating myself' with something relatively healthy rather than major naughty - like the other day I had sugar free jelly as a treat (I do love it) and today i'm having a naughty friday Mango smoothie from the gorgeous smoothie bar near work (healthy but a whopping £2.65, oh well!).
Though between you and I, i had 4 of those rice pringles last night from OH's tube. But at least it was 4 and not 20, all that delicious MSG!! Best of luck everyone xx0
