    Lost a paltry half a kilo :(
Actually I'm not that upset, I've had a *really* bad week. I've been totally demotivated, I even ate a cream cake its been that bad. I haven't felt well all week and I just couldn't be bothered with the "I must eat this and only this". I'm hoping this coming week will be better, and I've got myself booked into a hypnotherapist for the 15th just to try and kick start me back into the "zone". I don't know if it'll help but unless he tells me to start eating lard for breakfast I cant see it hurting either. I know after 10 weeks of being a good girl I'm going to have weeks where I'm a bit naughty but still, I'd rather if they were less not more.

Good luck at the hypnotherapist safesound. I'm not too fussed on cream cakes but walking through the bread section in the supermarket is hell at the minute for me, oh and chocolate as I can't just have a bit have to have ten bars! needless to say I'm avoiding both.

I lost 3 pounds yesterday and I'm starting to fit back into lots of pretty clothes I've not worn in ages - very DFW! this is helping no end with the motivation!

Woken up today in a really bad mood, car went caput yesterday,BIG TIME! garage say somewhere between £375 - £1500 to repair  it is covered under the warranty, but because it is not a warranty from the garage or manufacturer, the garage will not do the work unless we pay, then claim it back from the warranty as the warranty people take too long to pay out, where will I get that sort of money from  all this worry is making me want to eat,I know I shouldn't,but I NEED COMFORT FOOD :o

Bread is also a problem for me, and I work in a supermarket first thing in the morning (when they're baking). The lovely bread rolls, and warm french sticks the customers bring through my checkouts is sometimes almost too much to bear.
I've been good today though, only had some sugar/salt free muesli with a banana for breakfast and a ham salad roll for lunch, I'm already looking towards dinner though, I think as I've boiled some eggs I might make some ham salad with a lovely potato salad.. and some bread ;)
