Morning Guys
Well I managed to lose half a pound last night, which considering I'd had a cold all week I was really pleased with. And it's the first time since July I've lost 2 weeks running
I just need to keep it up.
I have another busy day at work today, so hopefully will be to busy to snack, although I do have healthy things with me just in case.
Bob - Well Done! 2 pounds is fab weight loss, and very healthy, apparently healthy weight loss is anything between 1/2 lb and 2 lbs a week. So well done you!
Right so today I will:
- Get loads of work done
- Check and see if anyone has heard how a colleage is, She was hit by a bus yesterday lunchtime and I identified her (last I heard she had broken rids and was going for a CT scan. The bus driver was on his mobile and didn't stop for the red light  )
- Eat loads of healthy food!
Good luck, The spreadsheet is up and ready for all your losses!Current debt - £16,300
