Party Season Challenge!

Hi Guys.

I'm a regular on the Lenny vs the Girls challenge and as we all know Lenny is due home any day now (Welcome home Lenny!)

I've found the support there really helpful in my mission to loose some more weight, and was thinking that we should carry this on.

So when I was at my slimming class last night, the Guy who runs the class said that there are 15 weeks until Christmas and 11 weeks until the party season starts. :eek:

So what did we want to lose between now and then?

I thought this would work here, everyone who wants to take part can pledge what weight they want to loose and/or what debt they would like to pay off (obviously we need to keep this DFW!!)

I know a couple of people think that this would be a good idea, so feel free to join up and fight the weight and the debt together.

Idea is to let me know what your pledge is (either here or via PM) I'll keep a note of it and then at Christmas we can have a big party and I'll let everyone know whether they managed to fulfil their pledge.

I thought it might help those of us who have been struggling which both weight loss and becoming debt free.

I want to lose ideally 2 stone maybe more realistically 1 and a half

You can do that if you put your mind to it, that works out to be just under 2lbs a week.

Ok I want to lose 12 pounds by the start of the party season (more would be really nice!), as soon as my house move goes through I am going to track on Weight Loss Resources again, last time I did that I lost a couple of stone!

I do Slimming World and I'm happy to PM anyone recipes if the want to try something new!

I think I need to start weaning myself off chocolate again, once I'm off I'm ok, but it's coming off the stuff that's hard, not that I'm addicted or anything.

Not unless you want to. I thought that if we brought in a debt element they would let us keep the thread here!

I'd love to clear half of my Lloyds Od which at the moment is going to be about £300 by Christmas (if possible!)

Sounds like a great idea. I know I'm useless at loosing weight when I try to do it on my own.
