I shouldn't sneakily stand on the scales before weigh day. Am now very miserable. Walked 3 miles extra yesterday and it's evidently not made much difference yet! Doh. No way i'm doing it today as have a blister! x

    Morning all.

Well it's weigh in tonight and I have no idea how I've done... I've not been well, so I may even put on this week.

I'm impressed with all this exercise that seems to be going on, I really need to do some, but can't be bothered! I have a busy day at work today, so I'm hoping I don't have time to snack. But I am in the office on my own at the moment and it's lovely and peaceful, shame other people will start turning up soon

Oh well I might just pretend I'm not in for most of the day, I have so much to do. And we really do have something wrong with our boiler! Last night it decided that we didn't need hot water or heating, but was working fine this morning!! So Mother is going to ring Landlord's and get a boiler person sent round, it's not much fun at this time of year.

Although I did tuck into a really nice warming stew last night, which warmed me up nicely!

Keep it up everyone, we'll be thin before you know it!

    Good Luck LIH!

I'll try and get online tonight and post any weight loss/gain, but it will depend on how tired I am (and hungry) I'm another one who doesn't eat before weigh-in!

Thanks madmoney, I gathered you were replying to me :rotfl: I use semi skimmed as the girls won't drink anything else and I can't be bothered buying skimmed just for me. I just water it down on Weetabix so I guess it's almost the same as skimmed

I'm glad it's not just me that does that! Sometimes our local shop doesn't have any skimmed so we have to get semi. I water some down and keep it in a jug in the fridge.
