Sore feet isn't good!!
But well done on the 2.3 miles!! I'm really impressed, I love walking, but it's 8 miles to the office from home, which I think is a bit far!Current debt - £16,300Debt at worst 17/03/2011 - £18,067.62:eek::eek::ANot going anywhere else, ever again :A0 -

Wow! That's a great loss! Of course you can join, I'm sure that the last 11lbs will come off no problem!
I'll just give you a number and add you to the spreadsheet!

Thanks Lucy
I have been doing weightwatchers, the last stone has been the worst,so I'm not holding out much hope on getting it off by Christmas, but I promise not to cheatit's just the last bit,I always had no sympathy for people who only needed to lose a stone or 2,being as overweight as I was,I used to think 'oh stop moaning,if only I had a stone to lose'
now I'm the one with a stone to lose and it is much harder than the previous 5 which has fallen off in hardly any time  I have people telling me I'm fine as I am,but I have started this journey with a goal at the end and I am determined to get there, regardless of what people say,or how long it takes

I can completely understand that. 4 stone came off me really easily, but I'm really struggling now and I still have 2 stone to go!!!
But I found that I was eating the wrong things, even though I knew I shouldn't, but hopefully I've managed to stop that in the last couple of weeks and I should get back to losing. Although I've been ill this week so I'm not holding out to much hope!Current debt - £16,300Debt at worst 17/03/2011 - £18,067.62:eek::eek::ANot going anywhere else, ever again :A0 -

Sometimes when we are ill, we don't lose weight so easily, just make sure you eat healthily and hopefully no damage will be done!
Good luck on trying to loss though, I'm hoping for something although I'm not holding my breath!Current debt - £16,300Debt at worst 17/03/2011 - £18,067.62:eek::eek::ANot going anywhere else, ever again :A0 -
Hi All
Well I was relatively good last night. I had some veggie sausages (the frankfurter style ones – yum!) which are only 1 point each, with some carrots, broccoli and mushrooms (all free vegetables) which was actually really yummy. Trouble was, when I got in from work I weakened and had a home-made cheese scone (3 points) with a teaspoon of marg (1 point) and over the course of the evening I had 2 small bottles of beer (1 point each). Oh dear! But I did walk even more than normal yesterday and when I weighed myself this morning my weight had gone down (I am not going to say how much – I’ll leave that until Friday).
So confession over! But I don’t think I am doing that bad and from past experience I can actually eat more (but not too much more) than my recommended daily points allowance and still lose weight. Also I think they actually set the allowance quite low for the first week to give you a kick start – I am 22 points a day at the moment which seems quite low for someone of my girth! I know in the past I have been on 26 points a day and lost weight quite satisfactorily. I will wait and see what happens on Friday. The good thing about Weight Watchers is that you can earn bonus points for the exercise that you do so on my online tracker I record not only what I have eaten but how much walking I have done.PigginSkint's debt free diary

hiya piggin, it all looks good to me, theres a couple of things u can change!!
the sugar in your tea could be replaced by a sweetener, and what milk are you using? u would be surprised how quickly u get used to skimmed/semi skimmed.
Also the digestives - u could replace them with jaffa cakes if u like them - they are comparatively low in fat, i get the teesco value ones they are just as nice!!
hope this helps

Have I had a head transplant?!It was actually superpup talking about this not me! I am a good girl and don't have sugar in my tea!
