Well, after my terrible weekend, I think I've done reasonably well so far. You lot may think otherwise once you've seen what I've eaten.
I'm not counting calories so would someone mind having a quick looky at what I'm eating and let me know if it's too much? Please?
Yesterday I went to the gym at 6.15am and burned 150 cals on treadmill, did 100 sit ups and 3 weights machines.
B'fast - 3 weetabix with a mug of 2/3 semi skimmed milk and 1/3 water over it. About 1/2 tsp sugar. Glass of OJ.
Lunch - Thin sliced granary sandwich with light Philadelphia and slice of ham. Packet of cheese curls (about 120 cals I think). Apple. 1 or 2 cappucinos out of the work vending machine.
Dinner - 2 good quality sausages, new pots with a bit of butter on, steamfresh veg. Bit of onion relish. Cup of tea, 1 sugar (run out of sweetners).
Today I went to the gym at 6pm and burned 200 cals on treadmill, 100 sit ups and 3 weights machines.
B'fast was 2 weetabix and less milk/water than yesterday.1/2 tsp sugar. Glass of OJ.
Mid Morning - large banana, 1 cappucino. Diet cupasoup (lentil and veg)
Lunch - (someone made it for me) chunky wholemeal slices of bread filled with lots of salad, ham and some sort of relish. Packet of cheese curls.
Pre dinner - 4 of those rice pringle things
Dinner - average sized bowl of onion, pancetta, mushroom, cherry toms friedup and stirred into wholemeal spaghetti with a bit of strong grated cheese on top.
Cup of tea, 1 sugar and 2 digestives after.
Today looked okay until I kept remembering things I ate and going back and adding them
My job is a sit down all day one and don't burn many calories so shouldn't really eat that much when I'm there but do succumb cos of boredom.
Well... what do you think? Is it okay or am I being a pig?

hiya piggin, it all looks good to me, theres a couple of things u can change!!
the sugar in your tea could be replaced by a sweetener, and what milk are you using? u would be surprised how quickly u get used to skimmed/semi skimmed.
Also the digestives - u could replace them with jaffa cakes if u like them - they are comparatively low in fat, i get the teesco value ones they are just as nice!!
hope this helps

I've made a humongous salad for lunch - baby tomatoes, celery, carrots, red pepper, red cabbage, cucumber, chinese leaf and sweetcorn. Think it will take me all of my working day to eat... so just pigged out on a brown roll with a poached egg and loads of HP Sauce. Saucy.
I ate a whole (low fat, 700 calories) pizza last night and was only intending to eat half (couldn't cut it when frozen and couldn't ignore it when cooked) so have upped my fibre suplements to wash that baby out!!! x0 -

I second the jaffa cakes sentiment - they're just the biscuit when I fancy something sweet... that or sugar free jelly or angel delight. Mmm... x
Oooh - and I feel much better and have started loosing more since I gave up real tea and coffee and swopped for green tea or Earl Grey. More antioxidents, no fat and no sugar.0 -
Feeling fairly pleased with myself. Went to football last night and although it was the worst game of football I'd seen in years, it was raining, we dropped two home points AND the pasties and pies were shouting "Buy me! Buy me!", I managed to restrict myself to two Bovrils and a Mars bar. That doesn't sound too impressive but it's a big step forward for me.:j0

Morning all.
I'm feeling a little better this morning, although I now have loads of work to catch up on  Looks like Lucy may be stay late in the office this evening .
Made a big vat of quorn mince, beans, red peppers and onion mixed with some gravy and garlic salt last night and had it with a big pile of mashed potato! It made me feel much better and I have enough for another meal.
Anyway I had better go and do some work, although I would much rather be chatting to you lot!!

Oh and well done on resisting the pies!! I don't know about you, but the smell is wonderful, but some how they never taste that good!
Just so you all know I have a couple of recipe books with me today, a daily meal one and one for meaty days. Let me know if you want anything copied to you...Current debt - £16,300Debt at worst 17/03/2011 - £18,067.62:eek::eek::ANot going anywhere else, ever again :A0 -
