And we're off :) 2.5lbs loss! Only 25.5 to go  but it's a start!

Had Ready Brek for breakfast, really want a toasted sandwich for lunch. Which is better than my original plan to go to McDonalds and get some egg mcmuffins...

    Hi Lucy

I would like to join in with this challenge – can I have a number please?

I have given a lot of thought to what my goal should be and as my 10% goal for Weight Watchers is 13 st 4 lbs I would like to set that as my challenge to get down to that for Christmas. This means that from my starting weight of 14 st 11 lbs I need to lose 21 pounds i.e. 1½ stone.

Do I need to set a money challenge as well?

You can if you want to. But not everyone has, it's up to you.

Right just off to give you a number!

Let me know what you decide. I just thought that it would be good to keep it DFW related, but it's not the point of the challenge. I want of over pay on my loan, but will be happy with enough money to buy myself a nice Christmas party outfit!

Dragon, are you managing to eat a little bit more? Maybe that is what's kick started the weight loss?
