I just checked my BMI, and by shrinking 7 inches, my BMI has increased by 7 points

I guess I'll be grateful for being 5ft 10 after all

Morning everyone. I just had a sneaky stand on the scales, and I still weigh the same as Friday, so the small almond croissant I had for breakfast yesterday (with some pineapple, if that helps at all!!) and the thai chai latte I had in Starbucks haven't done much short-term damage ;) My OH and I walked across half of London yesterday (from Selfridges, to Hyde Park, around the Serpentine, to Knightsbridge, round there, then 1 mile from the end-of-route bus stop at the very other end of our high street). Feel quite good because of that and had Salmon with lime and coriander rice for dinner... but anyway, thinking ahead:

We're throwing a house-party for my OH's Birthday this coming Saturday. Am going to bake some goodies for our guests, and pizzas / sausage rolls and all that jazz, but not sure how strong I can be in ignoring the delicious smells! Have gin and diet tonic though (and am now firmly in the habit of having one g&t then one just plain tonic). Gah.

Am dreaming about sausage rolls already.

    Morning all.

Well Done everyone who has had a loss :T Keep up the good work. And for those that put on, do be disappointed. There is always next week and you can do, you just need to believe you can. And I would also suggest not weighing during the week, the fear helps I'm sure!

Well I need to get be good from now on as I had some chocolate fudge cake yesterday  and I seem to have developed a nasty cold, although I've take my day nurse, so hopefully will feel better!

Good luck with SW Martin, you can do it and you can keep it off! You just need to keep going to class.

    Right food for today:

Breakfast - Cheese omlette with sausages
Lunch - bacon roll followed by loads of fruit.
dinner - chicken topped with cheese, ham and mushrooms with new potatoes and veg.

As normal loads of fruit to snack on in between!

Have a good day everyone x
