Confession time....last night we had Indian Takeaway.

I have just updated my online tracker and did a search for Vegetable Biryani and it came out at 19 points!   That's nearly a day's worth of food in one meal!

I will just have to be good from now on...and definitely avoid Indian takeaways. Far too expensive in more ways than one!

Morning. I limited the damage this weekend despite us throwing a big house party to celebrate OH's birthday. Eased off the nibbles (had 1 slice of veggie pizza and half a packet of hula hoops!) but didn't have lunch on Sat so that sort of made up for it. Did drink quite a large quantity of gin and diet tonic though... ;) Am being extra strict this week until weigh-in on Friday - had HM veggie lasagne for dinner last night and have it again for lunch, and cod steaks for dinner. Mmmm.. x

    Morning all.

Well I have BIG confession time :o .

I completely lost it at the weekend. I think I have eaten my own weight in chocolate, not to mention the 3 tudes of jaffa cakes  (I'm blaming whoever it was who mentioned them last week) 1 pizza, and 1 piece of chocolate fudge cake, as well as a load of other stuff I shouldn't have been eating!!  :o

It is that time of the month though.... Do you think I'll get away with that as an excuse???

Oh and in case you wondered, I felt so ill and bloated last night I ended up not enjoying any of it!!

Although hopefully I will be back in the swing from today. I do have a bit of a dilemma I need some help with.

I've been attending one Slimming World class since last year, however the guy who runs it has been on holiday and the girl who covered was so much better, much more supportive and enthuiastic and actually made me feel like I could lose the rest of the weight. So The question is... Do I stay where I am, OR move the the other class that is 6 miles away and actually get more for my money??

    Good Luck
