You'll get caught up on lucys weighing chart next week. She only updates it at the weekend because that's when most of us have weighed in (I do a Saturday so I'm kinda out of sync too).
Oh and btw, YAY!:j:T on the weight loss, I wish I could lose that much in a week :)

If it help's I'm going to be out of sync now to. New weigh-in for me is on a Monday....

I do try to update the spreadsheet as I go along. But well done everyone so far, it's starting to look good!

    Hi All

Well I have been trying to be good but I seem to have eaten more than my daily points allowance most days. I did make lots of low fat goodies on Sunday – 3 types of soup which I have divided into portions and frozen, plus some salads which I am working my way through for lunch this week. I also did a low fat Weight Watchers recipe for dinner on Sunday night – sausage and bean casserole made with Quorn sausages. Anyway we also had Angel Delight for pudding last night and, confession time, when I was having a sort out in my fridge last night I decided the cheese looked rather nice so cut myself a large chunk and ate it! As soon as I had done it I wished that I hadn’t! Oh well I shall just have to try and be good from now on!

    Oh and well done yeovilmac!:T

A wee half lb for me this week.
Pleased it was a loss & not a gain.

  • Hi everyone weighed on Sunday and 1 1/2lb off.I was hoping for more but it is my ladies "bad week" IYKWIM ! I carry a lot of excess water have swollen fingers and the like.OH is not helping so iv decided to do my meals seperate from him and the kids.I think carbs are my downfall so im trying to eat less of them.Well done to all the losers. What do you all eat for breakfast, im not keen on cereal as im not a milk lover but dont really want to have bread.Any ideas?
I got my winter jeans out and they are so tight and this time last year they fitted me ( and I was 6 months pregnant at the time) how bad is that.I still wore them as they were so tight they stopped me eating they were a constant reminder of my weight gain, just took them off and I have a nice red indent all the way around my midriff, not very attractive but has stopped me hitting the cupboards now OH has left for the night shift.

    Morning all.

Well I've been really good for the last 2 days and I am hoping for a full set of good days this week.

Only 6 syns since Monday so I am saving them in case I want anything nice over the weekend.

Good to see everyone doing well. Hopefully I'll start joining you soon!

Morning... what with OH's birthday party on Sat, a lot of gin, and OH's posh birthday dinner last night (beef wellington) i'm quite scared about Friday's weigh-in... but fingers crossed i've stayed the same.

    Today:
Breakfast: 3 x ryvita with extra light philadelphia (no milk or toast!)
Lunch: Tuna and salad, muller light, few cashews/raisins/dried apricots/sunflower seeds
Dinner: Fishermans pie, mushroom rice and veg

Not too naughty today in an attempt to make up for the puff pastry last night! ;)

Just try to be good between now and Friday, if you don't lose you'll know why which is always helpful.
