    Right.

I don't think Wispa's are on the SW website and I can't find the the nutritonal (?) info on line.

But if anyone has the wrapper and fancies letting me know that proten, carbs, fat etc I will work it out!

    Hi All

Well I have been much better the last couple of days and actually earned some bonus points yesterday. Also today my first overpayment to my Tesco credit card went out - £20 (representing 4 pounds weight loss). So I am feeling reasonable pleased with myself today!

When I was in my teens (a long time ago! lol) Wispa ran a promotion that if you collected so many wrappers and sent them off, you got a free gift (I forget what it was). I did it and haven't touched a Wispa since because I got so sick of them!

Not forgetting, Cadbury's stopped making Wispa a few years ago and have only just started making it again, I really love those bars and the Spira ones :D

Happy today! Tried on some jeans this morning that I bought ages ago to 'slim into' and haven't ever fit into. Only really tried them on so that I could be a bit downer on myself :o but oh my gosh, they actually fit   :D Well, fit is stretching it a bit, they were on the tight side... but they did up and were wearable so woooohooooo!
