I'm scared.. its weigh in day tomorrow and I'm sure I havent lost anything. I only lost half a kilo last week and I'm sure this going to be the first time I haven't lost AT ALL. I'm not doing anything different, but my motivation is severely lacking lately, its almost like "oh you're almost there, we can stop now". I'm really hoping this hypnotherapy course can help, but its not all sweetness and roses because DH doesnt want me to do it, says its a waste of money and wont do a thing. :( Its not even like I'm asking him to pay for it, I'm quite happy to pay for it myself (£100 for 3 sessions is quite cheap I thought).

Oh well thats my moan for the week, I'll post when I know the evil truth (about 11am tomorrow)

  • everything has been a nightmare at work and at home for the past few weeks. I haven't dieted much at all and I going to start over not next week (more hell at work) but the week after.

I have made a plan that I will work late and not bring work home (currently am and getting a cab not very MSE) so then I can walk home = my daily exercise! so that is good,

Although the fly lady drives me nuts one thing she did say that has stuck with me is the whole doing a little at a time thing and that is what I am going to do I have been fat and inactive for a long time (and skint and living with more clutter then anything else!) so I shall start slowly in one week.

    xxxxxxxx
    Nevertheless she persisted.

okay just weighed myself and the scales couldn't decide between 98.7 and 99.2 so I'm going to call it 99kg so that's another 1kg loss.
Feeling a little bit better today but I still feel like I'm cheating somehow.. Ergh, I don't know, someone slap me and tell me I'm being stupid. :o

thank you Mac, I needed that

Looking back over my posts to the first one I made I can see what progress I've made and it does make me feel better. I've lost 7lbs in three and a half weeks, so I guess I must be doing something right. Hopefully now I've got past the mental barrier that was the 100kg mark I'll start losing a little faster again. It seemed like I was hovering around there for weeks and weeks.

OK back on line after almost a week away! Well the move went .......... soggily! It absolutely persisted it down all day Tuesday, all of us (the two removal men and Mark and me) got soaked, the one plus point was the fact that the local black cats didn't sneak in and get packed!

The real downside has been no way of cooking (boxes piled in front of the oven), various healthy food stuffs in a box - somewhere! So we have been surviving on pub grub, sarnies, Ginster's slices and pizza! I got on the scales this morning and I am the heaviest I have been for months!

Back on track tomorrow - going to start back with WLR AND I am thinking about contacting Scottish Slimmers and going back with them as well. Any weigh loss vibes coming my way would be appreciated!

Thanks Beanie - I may be taking you up on that! I suspect that tomorrow will be a new sign on (with yourdietline) so even though I will start tracking from tomorrow on WLR it will be Wednesday/Thursday before I get all the information again (starting from scratch because the Goddess only knows where the information is packed away!)

Have managed to shed 1lb at weigh in on Friday. Away from home this week so not sure how it will go this week!

I drank a lot of gin and slimline tonic this w/e, but didn't eat too hideously... in fact Saturday I only ate a banana and my dinner, which is practically unheard of ;) I did have a small slice of chocolate cake with dinner last night though (was at OH's parents, couldn't be rude and all that). Anyway... am back on the wagon. Salad / rice noodles for lunch w/ a yoghurt. Seeds to nibble. Had a brown roll with low fat philly for breakfast. Chicken pasta bake for dinner. Here we go again :)
