It's my weigh day today, and despite drinking enough gin last night to kill a Sailor, i've lost: 1.3kg, which is about 3 pounds? My total weight loss is now: 5.5kg = 12 pounds? I think! Am happy. Have a lovely day everyone - I have the day off and am trying to ignore OH's cheese in the fridge x

Oh dear! Weigh in today and it's not good - I've put 3 pounds back on!

I suppose it must have been the cheesecake on Sunday, the biscuits and buffet on Monday, spring roll and chips on Wednesday, perhaps the crisps on Friday and maybe even that Indian Takeaway from 2 weeks ago has finally caught up with me! Oh well, perhaps not so surprising then!

I shall just have to pick myself up and carry on .....and try to be good!!!

Yep I make it 12lbs too. Well done!
I'm glad I'm not the only one who weighs in kgs. I find it helps psychologically because for some reason if I weigh in stones or even lbs because I know what it means I dont seem to have as much motivation.

By the way, in case anyone is wondering how my trip to the hypnotherapist went... it didn't. I had a call last weekend saying that the guy had a cold and wasn't up to doing sessions so I've rebooked for this coming Tuesday afternoon. I'll let you know if he had me clucking like a chicken ;)

    Morning All!

Glad to see so good weight loses. I managed to lose half a pound on Monday (although considering takeaway on Saturday night I was ok with it) Been on holiday this week so not any posts. But enjoying some time at home.

Been eating ok and have had time of make myself some lovely meals. I did an 80 min dance class on Wednesday night (i've decided the cost is worth it!) and I'm aiming to do somewhere between 25 and 50 sit ups a day as well as some other form of exercise (although will be doing housework today which is exercise!

Keep up the good work and if you haven't got what you wanted keep trying and you will get there in the end

(I'll be back as normal on Monday, everyones loses or gains have been put into the spreadsheet!)

I think I got everyone else's weight loss this week. Another 1.5kgs lost for me :)
YAY! and there was me convinced that as I had so much other stuff going on this week that I probably hadn't lost anything because I wasn't giving the diet my full attention.

    Hi Sea

Would have have preferred to have lost at least a pound, but it doesn't matter at least I didn't gain!! I was away from home all week so hopefully I should be able to stick to a healthy eating plan and perhaps do some exercise this week.

Hoping it isn't too late for me to join in. :o

I didn't do terribly well on the Lenny challenge but after talking to myself over the last few days (quietly!!) I've joined SW online this afternoon.:T

There are 9 weigh ins for me until Christmas. 2 pound a week is 18 pounds but I'll push the boat out and say a stone and a half before Christmas.

I'm going to Spain in March and I'd like to lose 3 stone by then.

I did SW 3 years ago and lost 4.5 stone in 6 months. Then I hit a plateau and fell off the wagon.

Had a terrible year at work over the last 12 months and put on stones not pounds in a nine month period.

The photos of me at the Blackpool DFW meet were appalling. Two comments made me think hard. If the one on the 19th January goes ahead I'd like to be able to go with my head held a bit higher. I have a LOT of weight to lose. I've never been at a target weight since I was........well.........about 13 when I was my normal weight for a 13 year old!! :o

I'll be Green daying it mostly, I've done an online shop with Asda to be delivered tomorrow. I should slip into it quite quickly but I don't want to get back into the same 'rut' as before , I want to try more new things this time.

I found a motivation site recently with daily messages. I've been re-reading this one from a few days ago to convince myself that I should not be ashamed of having to try again (one of the reasons I haven't re-started before)

    Can I have a number please Laura.......:D
