No updates on weight I'm afraid, went back to the gym yesterday but their scales were broken and I was too mean to use the ones in the supermarket! They should be fixed soon or all the personal trainers will be kicking up a stink! not been too good foodwise over the last week so I'm suspecting the weight will have gone back up rather than down.

How tall are you Dragon? Because you don't actually look that overweight and I'm not just saying that either. You look to me about a size 20 to me.

    Morning all.

Well I managed to lose 1 and a half pounds last night :T Which I am rather pleased with. I just need to keep it up.

I had my first play on a Wii which must have burned some calories, and I am going to do some exercise before I have dinner tonight. My mother is going out so I have the house to myself and thought a bit of jumping around would be good for me!

Have a good day everyone x
