Am nervous about Friday's weigh in... have been too busy to do much extra exercise, and had a cornetto on Monday and 2/5ths of a Wispa last night!!! ;)

    Good Luck

I know what it's like to go through that and you will get through it. Hopefully trying something different will help.

    Try to keep smiling.

Thanks Lucy,it really starts to become an obsession doesn't it,I'm starting to think about weigh in every minute of every day,my leader suggested the wendie plan after I looked like I was about to cry when i didn't lose again, she knew i hadn't cheated and couldn't think of anything else to suggest.
I desperately want to be at goal for christmas,I have exactly 1 stone to go,will it ever come off? I seem to have lost all my positive mental attitude

I went through that over the summer and have managed to lose 2lbs in the last 2 weeks, not much but it's a start (although have been naughty the last couple of days)

You will get there and it does get harder towards the end. What is the Wendie plan?

Well done on the 2lbs loss :)

The wendie plan is supposed to kick start your metabolism,it's based on WW,you have the same amount of points as normal in a week, but don't have the same amount per day,so one day you have 4 less, then another 10 more, another 4 less,1 more,1 less etc. it's all supposed to trick your body,I just hope mine is well and truly fooled, must admit I enjoyed my 10 pts extra day,but was in bed by 8 O'clock on the 4 less day!

I've done that in the past. Gone to bed because then I can't eat! I'm aiming for some no syn days to try and make up for the last 2!

I don't really understand WW, but I'm sure you'll be ok

How tall are you Dragon? Because you don't actually look that overweight and I'm not just saying that either. You look to me about a size 20 to me.

Thanks safesound! I am 5' 6.5" tall and weighed in this morning (yes I know should only weigh in once a week!) at 20stone 12 pounds (292lbs or 132.7kg) my top half is a size 18, my waist is a size 14  and my lower half is a size 24/26
