Keren :) I like SW green days too and am fully on track for the moment. If it makes you feel any better, I've been off and on the diet wagon so much it's ridiculous! I now take it easier, knowing that given me and my habits, a healthy attitude to food will have to be with me forever!

I hope no one upset you with comments - hugs if they did.

Does anyone want to do the woo-hoo dance with me? :D
Earlier in the week I asked the girl in the HR dept at work to order me some new trousers as the ones I was wearing were too big for me. She asked me to write down what size I was and she would order them for me so I wrote that although I was a size 18 please could she order me a size 20 because the trousers always run a size small. On Friday she handed me a pair of trousers in a size 18 (GRRR! me thinks these will never fit.) so I tried them on and guess what? I got into them. Not so that I could wear them comfortably but they did up! I checked with my mother today (she wears a 16 so I asked to try on a pair of hers just to be sure) and hers were exactly the same. I think if I lose another 7lbs I will fit into them comfortably.. YAY :j:j

I know to most people being a size 16 is nothing to brag about but all my adult life I've been not just overweight but obese. To me being a size 16 is like what being a size 10 is to "normal" people. I just hope I don't lose focus once I get there. I'd like to be about 13.5 stone, I don't know what clothes size I'll be at that weight but I feel being about a stone above the top of my medical "ideal" weight is where I want to be.

    Morning all!

Normal service is back! Although not loving the Monday morning after a week off.

Welcome aboard Keren! Of course we are not failure for trying again, in fact I think that makes us stronger people for having to admit we have a problem twice! I love green days although find I sometimes lose more having red days. (I'll pm your number)

I have weigh-in tonight and hopefully will have lost something. So long as it comes off I am happy (although would like loads!)

    Well Done Safesound!!

I can understand being excited about being a size 16. I still pick up the wrong size sometimes! Keep up the good work and you need a whole new wardrobe soon!

Hey Safesound - that's great :) It's always so satisfying when you get to those milestones. Hope tomorrows hypnotherapy sess is good too and helps with the motivation as well.

    Hi All

Well, isn’t it bloomin typical?! I weighed myself on Friday and I had gained 3 pounds, then I weighed myself on Saturday and it had gone back down again! Oh well, I suppose it means I should be on course for a weight loss this week!
