    Hi All

Well I was rather naughty over the weekend. :naughty: I had 3 packets of crisps on Friday (I went to Aldi on the way home and bought a multipack) but considering that crisps are a real weakness of mine and I hadn’t had any at all in about 3 weeks I think I might forgive myself for that one!! However, I went to my parents for dinner on Sunday and had a very healthy main course but then spoilt it by having 2.5 slices of cheesecake for pudding – it was just so nice I couldn’t resist! I am doing my best to be good for the rest of the week but yesterday I went on a course and although I was a good girl with the lunch buffet, they had biscuits at each of the 3 coffee breaks – biscuits are another real weakness of mine! Oh dear! :o

Awww, Piggin! A little of what you fancy does you good! No point depriving yourself totally of crisps if they're your favourites, just have some baked ones, or Twiglets or Pretzels or something around to munch instead.

Have been dieting for nearly 4 weeks and haven't decided on a target yet, so am going to do some maths and work out my actual ideal weight x

    Don't read on if you're squeamish.

Managed to get past a major psychological barrier this morning. After weighing in on Monday and having lost another pound, I have been doing some sort of exercise this morning, packing 600 catalogues into my van.

Finished, came home, made a coffee and started to make for the shower. Hopped onto the scales as an afterthought and it said 19 stone 13 lbs so I've got down below that 20 stone barrier. Before all of you go  , I am 6'4" so don't look that heavy.

Granted that I was stripped down to boxers only and felt like a boxer trying to make the weight but hey, it's a start. :D

    Congratulations Sea!!

Feel a bit 'meh' today, think i'm getting a bit of a cold again. Half of my office is off on a work jolly this weekend to Iceland (well, they call it work, I call it a boozefest) so I may be able to wrangle tomorrow off, which would be lovely. I could spring (Autumn) clean before OH's parents visit, do some skipping and make a tomato soup. That would be lovely.

Made a sausage casserole yesterday in the slow cooker and used low fat sausages (sainsburys BGTY ones) and it was HIDEOUS. Yuk yuk. I definitely would prefer 1 full fat yummy sausage to 1000 low fat ones.

Weigh day tomorrow. Am hoping for a 1 pound lost, fingers crossed.

Oooh: I fancied chocolate last night and OH ate a Penguin, and I nibbled the corner. Had literally 1/8th of a penguin but it sure satisfied my choccy urge! Woo!

Oh dear! Was a bit naughty yesterday! :naughty: Firstly I weakened and had some chocolate in the afternoon – but only a Cadburys Fudge so that wasn’t too bad. But then......I was on a course yesterday evening and OH was due to meet me off my train just after 10pm to walk home with me. He had been in the pub again because he had happened to be in town and hadn’t seen the point in going home – he phoned me up while I was on the train and told me he was in the chippy and what did I want. I could have said ‘no thank you – I’ve already had my dinner’ but I didn’t. :o So after all my good intentions I ended up having a veggie spring roll (yum!) and some chips (not so yum) – but I didn’t eat many of the chips because they were hard and not very nice.
