aha.............the ways and means of a foraging AQA'er are secret and can never be revealed..... ;)

oh, well, ok, you twisted my arm.......the current SW password is floating around MSE at the moment (ssssh, they aren't supposed to be ;) ). I used that along with my old log in details from when I used to go to class. There is a page about the books you can buy once you are in the member section.

    Luuuuuucyyyyyy :hello:

I was wondering if I could ask a favour please??? I'm trying to find out if wild rice is free on a green day, but the basic food's in the book doesn't list it, and it isn't online either.

I'm guessing it is free, but some things rice related arent (ie flaked). I was wondering if you could ask your consultant? (I bought a big bag yesterday  )

I'd be very grateful and you'd be an :A

    Hey Keren!!

It's freeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!! Although it's apparently more of a seed than a grain of rice. But you can eat as much as you like on a green day.
