Ooh I'm in!! (Don't want to tempt fate but I have been trying for days to get into MSE - been getting withdrawal symptoms!)
Anyway at my weigh in on Friday I had lost the weight that I had previously put on, I am back to what I was. So total weight loss so far is 6 pounds - fingers crossed for more this week!PigginSkint's debt free diary

Never forget them!
I've just spoken to my Slimming Consultant and told her I chickened out last night. She said to not worry about it and that she's doing a class of Thursday I can weigh in at. So I have 2 nights of exercise ahead of me and a couple of days of good eating.
Hopefully the gain wont be to much!!
But she said to pick myself up and treat this week like a new one!Current debt - £16,300Debt at worst 17/03/2011 - £18,067.62:eek::eek::ANot going anywhere else, ever again :A0 -

I booked DH and myself on a ghost hunt back before I started dieting, so last night we went, but it was catered, with no substitutions, and we ate at 9.30pm. I didn't make a pig of myself though I'm sure it'll mess up the diet for this week. this is what I ate yesterday.
No Breakfast (I was working early and hate eating first thing), a ham and thinly sliced cheese sandwich for lunch (with a low fat yoghurt), then a load of steamed veg (microwave ones) with a single thinly sliced pork loin chop (with the fat removed) in a hoi sin sauce, then at the event we had a small bowl of cocaleeki (sp?) soup (I only ate half, so a very small bowl) with a big chunk of bread and then half a chicken with a large baked potato. I ate half the baked potato and all the chicken but only the meat, no skin etc.
I got on the scales this morning and I've put on a kilo! I know I should only weigh on my weigh in day but I had to know. I just hope by the end of the week I can get back to 97 which is "no loss/gain" but I doubt it.
I feel like crying.:A:A:A:A:A:A0 -
Oh hunny!
Try not to be to disappointed and get straight back into it.
So was your ghost hunt any good? We did one of Saturday which was fab!Current debt - £16,300Debt at worst 17/03/2011 - £18,067.62:eek::eek::ANot going anywhere else, ever again :A0 -
Eh, it was alright, although we had a few people who were miraculously touched or could smell "roses". I'm not a sceptic just a healthy cynic
and personally I think it was a load of hewy, but hey I paid me money (50 quid!) so I takes me chances.
I've had a much better day today, cut right back on the calories. Muesli and a banana for breakfast. A yoghurt and a ham salad sandwich for lunch (one, whereas I normally have two) and a piece of battered cod (325 kcals) with some salad for dinner. Hopefully if I can be this good every day this week I might be able to mitigate the damage.:A:A:A:A:A:A0 -

Morning all.
Well I am currently mid way through a reaction to the codine my dr gave me yesterday  So feeling like very dizzy poo!
Completely fallen off the wagon, I'm getting weighed tonight so see what I have put on and then will have to reassess what I am do between now and Christmas.
I'm feeling very much like I'm failing this challenge. But I have decided that as I have paid up until Christmas I will continue to try and lose some weight. If nothing much has shifted by then I will call target. I'm sort of happy as I am, I've just got into the mode of must lose weight!
So can we take bets on how much I've put on??!!!! I'm going with about 5/6lbs.Current debt - £16,300Debt at worst 17/03/2011 - £18,067.62:eek::eek::ANot going anywhere else, ever again :A0
