    Morning Guys!

Well I have been really good since Friday morning so will hopefully have lost something tonight.... I need to get at least some of that weight gain back off!!!

I'll let you all know how I get on later.

My back is still hurting, and I find that I am eating more so the painkillers are sandwiched with food! They don't seem to make me so ill then!

But I have had mainly green days as I find them easier to bulk out with. I even had a curry on Saturday night, but had a veggie jalfrazi (?) and boiled rice at 7.5 syns :D How good was I!!!

Do for today I am going to be eating:

    Beans on Toast
Spicy couscous followed by a yogurt and loads of fruit
Jacket potato and either veggie chilli or more beans!

keep up the good work I'll pop up the over all loss in a bit.

Confession time: I had a bit of a pig out on Friday and Saturday and ate way more than should have done. I had some low fat banana cake out of the freezer (3 or 4 slices), the last 3 cheese scones out of the freezer, 4 packets of wotsits (2 on Friday and 2 on Saturday), Frys Turkish Delight and a whole tub of glace cherries (I bought them to make my Christmas cake and puddings and have had to buy some more now). O.K. so nothing hugely fattening - it could have been doughnuts, scones with fresh cream and jam, much higher fat crisps, mars bar and a bag of sweets – but still bad enough!

    Lunch yesterday was salad instead!

It's ok, we all do it! Well at least I do!!

But get back on it and everything will be fine! Well that's what I am telling myself! But I weigh in tonight so I will let you know what difference 3 days doing the plan can make.
