  • Tomorrow will be a rubbish weigh in. I've kind of written off this week with my parents being with me Sunday to Wednesday and then having a 'must empty the freezer before I spend more on food' way of thinking.

I'm predicting a gain tomorrow but at least it won't be a surprise.

    Hey guys.

I put on half a pound at class last night. Which I am ok with. I'm taking a little break at the moment, but I will still keep track of what everyone is doing and let you all know how I am getting on.

Take care and remember only 7 weeks until christmas!

Well I seem to be getting away with quite a lot at the moment.;) I am not exactly keeping to my daily points limit but I have been quite active as I walk lots - it does help not having a car! And rather than staying in at lunch time I have been going for a walk most days!

That's a good move. I need to get myself organised and resist the urge to eat bad things. I'll work at it over the weekend.

Imagine what you could do if you cut out the things you shouldn't be eating!

Scratch another half a kilo for me this week.

Its looking less and less likely I'm going to hit the 90kg mark for Christmas, five weeks left and four and a half kilos to go. I seem to only be losing .5 kilo a week which is quite annoying. Okay so I know I'm not sticking to the diet 100% all of the time but a girls gotta have some wiggle room right? My shifts at work have been a nightmare recently, one shift morning then one afternoon then a morning and then an afternoon etc, its not an excuse (more a reason) but I really havent been able to maintain regular eating times and have been forced to skip meals a few times in the last few weeks. I'm off work this week to use up my holiday time and when I go back my hours should be back to normal (all mornings). So heres to hoping I dont mess it all up this week out of boredom (I eat when I'm bored) and that it goes the right way for a change :)

I nearly forgot. I'm hoping at some point this week to go into the city and try on loads of size 16 clothes that I dont intend on buying :rotfl: I finally got into my size 16 work trousers so I'm hoping that means I'm actually a size 16 on the bottom (those with big boobs will know what I mean). I know for allot of people celebrating being a size 16 is well... lets just say a bit sad, but all my adult life I've had to buy plus size clothes and couldnt buy at regular shops so this week sometime I'm going to go and see what I could buy if I wanted to (oh and find out what styles look good on me bar potato sack :D).
Is it obvious how much I'm enjoying this? :T

Congratulations to all the losers and maintainers :beer::beer:

My news for the week - well I did really well all week to allow for the fact that OH and I were going out for a Chinese meal to celebrate 5 years of marriage! Unfortunately whilst getting ready I stepped out of our bedroom (which has a step down to the landing) and my shattered ankle gave way on the way and I ended up flat out on the landing having twisted the ankle and landed on my left knee  so I have been on pain killers and anti-imflammatories since then and the downside to that is that I put ON two pounds (Saturday morning I was down two pounds on my Monday weight!)

Still on the pain killers etc - so not sure how this week is going to go! But I have decided that what ever happens I am going to get some new clothes for going out in over the festive period (mainly the Chinese again on New Years Eve!) so they will still be huge but I will feel better!
