Well done Lucy :j I wish I could lose 6lb in a week!
So how did you do it? Lots of exercise? Lots of water? Chop an arm off?
I thought about chopping off and arm but thought that was a bit much. I just stuck to the Slimming world plan, ate loads of fruit and drank loads of water. No exercise as I have hurt my back and I stopped eating chocolate!
Thats about it really.
I just need to keep it but and hopefully I'll get there!Current debt - £16,300Debt at worst 17/03/2011 - £18,067.62:eek::eek::ANot going anywhere else, ever again :A0 -

Okay so; more fruit, check! More water, check! stick to the plan without fail, check! try and get a bit more physical, check!
Okay so I added in the last one myself but I do think I need to move more.
In case you cant tell I'm having a motivated day today, I'm determined I *will* hit my target by the 22nd of December. I even made myself a little motivation chart for above my monitor with some Christmas decorations on and a picture of a dress I'd love to fit into (its very Cinderella looking). Of course, even if I could fit into it I wouldn't have anywhere to wear it but one step at a time
So long as I lose a kilo a week I will manage it but I've been having weeks where I'm only losing .5kg so I really must make more effort.:A:A:A:A:A:A0 -
That sounds like a great idea. When I was slimming for my cousins wedding (I was a bridesmaid) I keep a picture of the dress on my desk. I worked I had to have it taken in!
It's someone's birthday today so I have had birthday cakes and stuff! So will have to be good from now on.
I might have to steal that idea and wear it the night of the PSC Christmas party!! Which I think might be on the night of the 23rd which is the Sunday before Christmas eve! Does that sounds ok to everyone?Current debt - £16,300Debt at worst 17/03/2011 - £18,067.62:eek::eek::ANot going anywhere else, ever again :A0 -
