    HI all

Not been on the thread for ages - have gained quite a bit of weight, but no idea how much yet - will find out tomorrow night. Think I will have put all that I lost on this challenge back on, but I know it'll come off in it's own sweet time :) Will be trying to lose a little before Christmas hits though. Heres hoping!
Well done to all the losers!

Well I am seeing the pain clinic again on Thursday so that will be "fun" - have to see how this week pans out! I hope to be cutting down the pain killers again tomorrow as I hate taking them!

Just make sure that your not in pain. That's not good for anyone. Sounds like you are lucky you didn't break anything.

That's a good move. I need to get myself organised and resist the urge to eat bad things. I'll work at it over the weekend.

Imagine what you could do if you cut out the things you shouldn't be eating!

LOL – I know! If I cut out all the things I shouldn’t be eating I would have lost a couple of stone by now!

I nearly forgot. I'm hoping at some point this week to go into the city and try on loads of size 16 clothes that I dont intend on buying :rotfl: I finally got into my size 16 work trousers so I'm hoping that means I'm actually a size 16 on the bottom (those with big boobs will know what I mean). I know for allot of people celebrating being a size 16 is well... lets just say a bit sad, but all my adult life I've had to buy plus size clothes and couldnt buy at regular shops so this week sometime I'm going to go and see what I could buy if I wanted to (oh and find out what styles look good on me bar potato sack :D).
Is it obvious how much I'm enjoying this? :T

Ooh I know what you mean about getting into a size 16 – I don’t think it’s sad at all! I have got loads of really nice size 16 stuff that I can’t get into – hopefully soon though! I have been size 18 for a while but as I am losing weight some of the bigger size 16 stuff is now fitting – hoorah! Also some of my size 18s are too big – the trousers I have got on today keep falling down!!

Congratulations to all the losers and maintainers :beer::beer:

My news for the week - well I did really well all week to allow for the fact that OH and I were going out for a Chinese meal to celebrate 5 years of marriage! Unfortunately whilst getting ready I stepped out of our bedroom (which has a step down to the landing) and my shattered ankle gave way on the way and I ended up flat out on the landing having twisted the ankle and landed on my left knee  so I have been on pain killers and anti-imflammatories since then and the downside to that is that I put ON two pounds (Saturday morning I was down two pounds on my Monday weight!)

Still on the pain killers etc - so not sure how this week is going to go! But I have decided that what ever happens I am going to get some new clothes for going out in over the festive period (mainly the Chinese again on New Years Eve!) so they will still be huge but I will feel better!

Ouch! Hope you feel better soon! Weight loss can wait!

Another kilo lost for me this week.

I get the feeling the next weigh in wont be so kind - we have fresh bread in the house, and I cant resist :D
Is it better to aim for the stars and hit a tree or aim for a tree and land in its branches
