Well Done you!
I've updated the spreadsheet and it's looking good.
Unfortunately I am letting the side down, but on a positive note I have been following the plan for the last 2 days and hopefully this is the start of the weight loss again.

Hi All!
Weigh in day today - I have lost 2 pounds! That's the pound I put on last week plus another pound, so that it is 9 in total so far.
I don't think I am going to reach my target weight loss for this challenge, but at least it is still going down!!PigginSkint's debt free diary

I have a quandary and I wonder if people can give me their opinions. I'm nearly at my goal weight of 90kgs, but my ideal weight is 65-75kgs. I'm currently a size 16 on the bottom and an 18 on top. I'd ideally like to be a 14 in both so do I keep going until I reach a 14 in trousers and forget what I am in blouses/tops or do I keep going until I'm a 14 on top?
Once I reach my goal of 90kgs should I set a new goal of 85kgs or 80kgs? Does it even matter?
*sigh* I don't know what to do.:A:A:A:A:A:A0 -
Which would you be happy with? I know and Slimming World we are told what our heathly weight is, but we can decided when we are happy and stop.
Just realised that is no help what so ever!Current debt - £16,300Debt at worst 17/03/2011 - £18,067.62:eek::eek::ANot going anywhere else, ever again :A0 -
Thanks Lucy.. you're right though, no help at all :rotfl:
Thats the problem, I was happy at a size 22, I'm happy now and I would probably be just as happy a size 12. I feel like this is the first and only time I've actually made any progress with losing weight so I dont want to give in too easily, and if I'm honest I keep thinking 'well you'll be a size 20 again in 2 seconds flat the moment you stop dieting so make the most of being slim(mer)" which makes me want to keep going if only to experience what being a size 14 is like.
Eh maybe I'll set my next goal to 85 and then see how I feel when I get there.
Thanks though, talking about it helps me think it through.:A:A:A:A:A:A0 -
I would keep going then, I've reached a point where I am really struggling to lose. I'm wondering if I should just give up, but part of me really doesn't want to.Current debt - £16,300Debt at worst 17/03/2011 - £18,067.62:eek::eek::ANot going anywhere else, ever again :A0
