How could anyone abandon such a sweetie!
Mind you I was out for lunch with some friends today and one of them is looking at going into Council accomodation and her housing officer said "of course you will probably have to get rid of the cat"! Scarlet has had Pepper for 10 years and he was a rescue cat (cat not kitten!) and she would be devastated if she had to get rid of him (also we suspect she would have to have him put down as he is getting a bit too old to re-home again)Do not meddle in the affairs of Dragons, for thou art crunchy and good with catsup

Okay I weighed in this morning and stayed the same!
I am not too bothered as I had to take my pain medication (always piles the pounds on!) and we had a French Market in the market square yesterday and we ended up getting some rather nice goats cheese in! (and a lot of it was eaten yesterday evening with a freshly made sourdough loaf!)Do not meddle in the affairs of Dragons, for thou art crunchy and good with catsup

Well Done!!!
I have nearly given up. I am so stressed about it my slimming consultant has promised to not weigh me until I am feeling better.
I have failed you all! But I am going to try and be better from now on. I feel all fat and horrible, I looked at myself in a mirror yesterday and I looked like I had put on loads of weight!!!Current debt - £16,300Debt at worst 17/03/2011 - £18,067.62:eek::eek::ANot going anywhere else, ever again :A0 -
Lucy, look at what you have done in the last year. Nearly 4 stone in weight is a very large amount. Its impossible for you to have failed us as you are the inspiration for all of us mere mortal dieters, to see what could be achieved if we put our minds to it.
You should be celebrating how far you've come not worrying about the last stubborn couple of lbs. It'll happen.... and if it doesn't? So what, you'll still have lost a phenomenal amount of weight and be much, much healthier for it. :T
Personally I'm struggling myself now I'm approaching the 90kg mark. I keep feeling like its not working and I'm not doing enough to shift it, but I'll increase my exercise to everyday and I'll stick even more rigidly to the plan and if I don't lose those extra 2kg by Christmas then although I'll be upset with myself I'll get over it. Remember its a new year / new start come 21 days time. A whole new year to reinvent yourself and do everything you ever wanted to do.:A:A:A:A:A:A0
