After two fantastic weeks (losing 3 pounds per week) I put 4 pounds back on this week - I hate having to take steroids as they pile the weight on!

Have they not given you any other advice? Surely your Dr cannot let this keep happening.

This will just make you depressed if you aren't already. Sending you a big hug sweetie!

    Hi Lucy

The docs have told me to only use the tablets if I really, REALLY have to (hence the reason I had a couple of good weeks), but last week I wrenched my ankle again and needed the pain killers and well at one point I had put 10 pounds on!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

But hopefully I will have a good week pain wise and therefore weight wise!

Thanks Lucy - actually very little makes me feel hungry, 90% of the time I don't eat enough! (the exception being Chinese Food!)

Well done on the weigh in by the way! :j:j
