    Hi All

Stayed the same today. Not surprising really - in the last week I have had chocolate cake, beer, chips, crisps, lovely bread with butter (well, Clover actually), cheese. Plus the fact that my monthly visitor has been here this week. So actually I am quite I haven't put any on!!

Oh Lucy, I'm so sorry. I would have buried myself in McDonalds and chocolate if I had a weigh in like that. You're obviously made of more sterner stuff though. The way to see it is if you've lost it once it'll come off again (maybe even easier because it hasn't had time to make itself comfortable. :rotfl:.

I'm not going to let it get comfortable! I have another weigh in on Monday (I wasn't at my normal class last night) so hopefully I'll shift some of it.

I feel really fat (some I've not felt for ages) so I this time I am going to make sure it comes off and stays off.

We have some left over Halloween sweets in the office and I am not having any of them! I'm having a jacket potato and beans for lunch and then veggie chilli and rice for dinner.

But I have decided as I awful at challenges!

Have to agree that for some reason~ I cant quite work out why~ I seem to almost set myself up to fail in a way with challanges.
Never mind we've still got november.
