Bought the SW Saucy Secrets book off ebay yesterday and it arrived this morning!
Wanted it when it first came out a couple of years ago when I was going to class but it was out of stock for so long I had left before it was available! It looks great - all the sauces are under 3 syns per portion.

Certainly will Lucy, i've just had a look through, there are some really good ideas. Thin cut steak (both B choices) with Bombay potatoes tonight.

Probably going to try the BBQ sauce in the book tomorrow on chicken.

I've looked there - that's where I got my other SW books from.
I've even googled it, and Ebay seems to be the only place. Is it better to aim for the stars and hit a tree or aim for a tree and land in its branches :think:Loves being a Wonderbra friend :kisses3:

How about calling a local SW consultant Spud? The SW site has a section where you can put your address in and it brings up the nearest groups - you could call a consultant, ask if you can order and then pick it up from the group? You could say you are doing SW from home via postal or online
