Thanks for that. I probably will, I just feel sort of guilty.
Are you ok Bob?
Yes thank you Lucy! Had a headache, my eyes ached and then I was a little sick... haven't eaten anything odd today, just museli, so not sure why. I do work in an office of LURGEY though!!!Much better now.

Just 1lb loss this week, but I was pretty lazy I have to say!
Today I've had;
breakfast 1 slice toast+ marmite, 1 slice toast+peanut butter
lunch 1 slice toast+marmite, 1 slice toast+peanut butterWas just so nice the first time!
Dinner will be leftover beef casserole (HM) from yesterday. And I think I might have make that tomorrow night too, I'm really in the mood for it.
I did a tae bo dvd workout today. Almost didn't cos it wasn't in the case, but I looked through my stack of loose dvds and found it, along with a screwed up £10 note! So I'm now exercised up and richerSo the moral of the story is, be as messy as you like :rotfl:

Well Done on the loss!! :T
Right I have just rung up the Slimming World person who covered my group and she is happy to have me move to her group!
Only problem is.... it's TONIGHT
But I've told her what I eat over the weekend and she said not to worry, we all do it. So I am going to go tonight and see what the damage is.
Wish me luck, so it all starts here (again  )Current debt - £16,300Debt at worst 17/03/2011 - £18,067.62:eek::eek::ANot going anywhere else, ever again :A0 -

Firstly bear in mind I'm a man...;) , factor in the fact that I've been eating unhealthily for several years now and consider also that I am over twenty stone in weight too....
Lost eleven pounds this week:j :j :j :j . I know I had 3/4 pints last night ( yes, that few will get me p***ed :rotfl: ) but I've eaten really well this week, worked hard delivering the catalogues which is the most energetic part of my work and also refereed two under sevens games yesterday.
I'm well chuffed, just a pity I was too late weighing in for Lucy's challenge thingy.:eek:0 -

You'll get caught up on lucys weighing chart next week. She only updates it at the weekend because that's when most of us have weighed in (I do a Saturday so I'm kinda out of sync too).
Oh and btw, YAY!:j:T on the weight loss, I wish I could lose that much in a week:A:A:A:A:A:A0 -
Well Deon Yeovilmac!!!! :T I'm really impressed (even with the pints!) Keep up the good work.
Well I went to my new class last night, they were all very friendly and the girl running it is lovely. Put I had managed to put ON 4lbs!!!!!!! Over 1 weekend
But Carrie told me to treat this as a new start. I am still going to lose a stone by christmas (more if she has her way) but it does mean that I am back to where I started before the challenge (I can't find a crying smily)
But I am armed with a note book to write all of my food in and will try to do some exercise this weekend. Starting tonight. I'm feeling positive and I can do this!
So in total I now need to lose another 2 1/2 stone. Very doable I think.Current debt - £16,300Debt at worst 17/03/2011 - £18,067.62:eek::eek::ANot going anywhere else, ever again :A0
