Dragon, can u give me an average break down of what you eat each day? Like breakfast lunch and dinner? also are you on any medication now? Just a thought xxx

    Ok

    breakfast - fruit tea/water
    lunch - fruit tea/water
    dinner - veg stir fry

That is my "Docs told me to cut down" typical day

    breakfast - 20g bread
    lunch - veg soup
dinner - quorn chilli/bolognese with a small amount of rice or pasta
snack - corn on the cob

Typical day when I am trying to eat more!

    Hi Dragon!

I really don't think your eating enough. This is what I ate yesterday (all on my diet and I had 4 syns left over)

Breakfast - 2 weetabix with 350ml skimmed milk + sliced banana
    Snack - apple and satuma
Lunch - Roast gammon with salad + low fat yogurt
    Snack - banana
Dinner - 2 chicken breasts topped with ham, mushrooms and cheese with new potatoes.
Snack - sausages (I was going to have them today, but ate them :o ) loads of fruit and a mini milk ice cream.

I don't go in for small portions!! :D I love food! Can you tell!

Is there anyway you can increase what your eating? even having 10 small meals a day might help, by eating more often your metabolism works harder.

It's really hard i know, but you can always sit down to 2 small meals of spag bol in an afternoon. I just want you to be healthy, it's make your scales look better ;)

If you need any meal ideas, I'm sure we can come up with something

I love corn on the cob! i know it's hard, I was told off for not eating enough, you need to try and make sure that your are eating things that your body cab burn off.

i.e. Salad is great but a high % is water and there for doesn't get burned off, where as roast chicken etc does (or something like that!)

Just graze and don't make yourself sick
