:hello: :hello: Hellooo everyone!!
Hope you all had a lovely weekend. I have been walking twice (15 mins or 0.8 miles each time not bad for a complete couch potato) but can't go swimming yet as my sis in law has put me on ambulance duty-she's 41 wks pregnant and I'm on call to take her and bro in law to hospital:eek: so need to have mobile with me at all times. Just to mention naked weigh ins, my neighbour (and good friend) goes to same SW class as me and strips down to bra and knickers every week to be weighed:rotfl: . Not suer I'm up for that yet.... Hope you are all having a good week, good luck with weigh ins

Afternoon all
Humiliating myself big time as I go public with my measurements - here goes;
(The measurements in brackets are from my Hip and thigh diet book April 1991)
Waist - 39" (28")
Bust - 42" (36")
Hips - 43" (36")
Neck - 15" (12.5") (don't ask I have an obsession about my fat neck and 3 chins)

Doesn't paint a pretty picture does is it :rotfl: :rotfl: ! I plan to measure again next week. My plan in not to "diet" as such - I don't do diets very well - say diet and I tend to eat - its the rebel in me :rotfl: :rotfl: ! But more cut out the rubbish and snacking and exercise a little more. So "healthty(ish) eating" is my aim.

Well Done!

Thats really brave of you, I have my measurements from when I started my diet and I must have been somewhere around there myself. In fact I know the bust measurement is the same. I'm now down to 36" so it can be done. And you can eat loads of a diet, it just has to be the right thing!

Let me know if you want any tips.

I really, really tried hard this week and {drum roll please Maestro!!} I put a pound more on!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Not a happy Dragon - in fact this Dragon is sulking :mad:

Oh Poor Dragon!!

Do you have any idea why? Have you been drinking enough water? I find that can make a difference sometimes.

Yeppers to the water I only drink herbal/fruit tea or water at home (and I am home 90% of the time!) in a day I get through about 3 litres worth!

Nope stuck to the diet like glue! OH was complaining that we didn't have rice with a veg stir fry - oh and very few noodles (then again he also wants to shift some weight!). I met some friends on Friday for lunch and had a couple of ciders - but I had allowed for this in my Kcals by cutting down for a few days before! OH is wondering if I am trying to cut down too much again :rolleyes:
