We will! I keep thinking that so long as we keep at it, all the weight will come off eventually.
It needs to be off by May as I will be going on a cheap holiday to Ibiza hopefully (not clubbing I'll point out!) and I would love to be at my target weight by then.Current debt - £16,300

thats great lucy, its good to have a specific date in mind as it really keeps you on track, as you know i need to lose more than 2 stone but im aiming for that by xmas then another 2 stone by easter!!! i dont do things by half!!!
Just really chuffed that i had a sneak peak this morning to see if id lost any weight as it spurs me on, altho im not going to make a habit of it as i think you can get too caught up in weighing yourself everyday, im speaking from experience!!
Off to do some much needed housework now, how many calories do u think ill lose doing the washing, hoovering and tidying ds bedroom hahaha

I do it every morning, I know I shouldn't and those mornings where you are actually heavier really affect me psychologically but I cant help myself, I NEED to know
. Its stupid because I don't see any loss until at least the halfway (through the week) mark anyway so I don't understand why I do it to myself. Maybe its reassurance that I am still 'X' lbs and that I haven't suddenly gained the weight back.
Anyway my weigh in day is always a Saturday morning, usually around 11am. Lets hope I've lost another 1kg (2.2lb) Slow and steady wins the race... but I want to be slim NOW!! :rotfl::A:A:A:A:A:A0 -
*waves hand wildly above head*
Oh, oh, can I join in?
Im gonna go for 2 stone for Xmas. I really need to sort myself out, as a vegan there is just no excuse for me needing to lose weight (sadly a lot of junky food like crisps and some plain chocolate are not vegan!).
Do we have a set wegh in day, or do we choose? (me? skimmed through the thread?
