Hi Kathy206, welcome aboard

Re weigh in, Friday's good for me too. I'll weigh in the morning and post after work.
Well, I didn't drink loads last night as I felt a bit rough and had to catch the last bus at 11pm. Ate quite a bit of rubbish tho. Cheese sandwich and crisps for lunch in town (not very MS...), a few of someone's chips, a 6th share in 2 big packets of crisps during the quiz and a cheese ploughmans.
Today I had cereal for b'fast, went to the gym for my induction then did around 40 mins there. Came back and had cheese and crackers and a chunky kitkat, oops...
Oh well, I'm going to take lunch to work tomorrow so I don't lose my resolve round the supermarket at lunchtime. And I'm going to meal plan for next week in a minute as haven't done that for a while. Think I'll also update my sig to include money saved from taking in a packed lunch.
How's everyone else doing?

Hi all
Thought I would post my goals over the next few days to keep me motivated.
firstly I will not hit the chocolate when my daughter eventually goes to sleep during the day, they are only treat/mini size but the amount i eat will add up to a lot.......
secondly have managed to talk a friend into going to an exercise class tuesday evening so will force myself to go
and lastly i will make sure a cook from scratch and not have takeout at all this week.
wish me luck! and hope that on wednesday i wont be to stiff, my first exercise class since daughter was born:eek:0 -

Hi Guys
Sorry I've not been around much. Well OH won his rugby match :T Although is now covered in bruises . I was going to post last night, although became to busy eating my own weight in junk food . I had one of those weekend, where I manage to consolidated a load of my debts onto my big lloyds loan?!! But I do feel better for it, just need to ring everyone and pay them off now. So the figures in my sig are a bit wrong, but hopefully everything will be sorted by the end of the week.
Anyway.... Friday is good for me to, I have my weigh in on a Thursday night, so will be ready and willing to go on Friday mornings. I'm happy to run alongside Lenny's thread, I can't remember when he is due back... I wonder if he'll join us?
Does anyone have any idea's when we should hold the Christmas party?? I'd guess either the friday or Saturday before Christmas would be a good move, but let me know if you have any suggestions.
Right I've off to be good and do some work.... I had a fruit salad for breakfast so aiming for a really good day... I'm going to need them after what I ate at the weekend
