    Glad to hear that you are doing ok. I've been good so far, and I've been into Swindon (Shopping counts as exercise doesn't it??) I didn't buy much (£2 on a new washing basket)

    Anyway off to watch OH pay Rugby soon.... I wonder if watching counts?? I mean we get all hot and sweaty watching the rugby boys don't we?? :confused:
