    I don't think it matters I know lots of people who do and don't wear wedding rings.

    I personally don't wear any jewellery ring, chain or watch etc, never have and never will. In my last relationship we spoke about marriage and I said early on I would not wear a ring.

    It is up to the individual. Do what you think is right for you and your partner.

    So important that a mother or mil went on about it to that extent.

    They were married 47 years ago. It never used to bother my mum, but her mum wore her down. My Grandma wasn't a very nice person though. If it hadn't have been the ring, it would've been something else.
