Shez - Pen-Pen yes, saw last nights, and heard that last weeks was good, I have all up to now, but missed that as I was away and not advertised that far in advance. Anyone got it on DVD/Video? If not will have to wait for the Sky repeats.

Must get my hair straightened, keep getting updates from DS as the traffic is not being kind to him, he's had to come off the M1 to the A614, and now wondering about the Blyth roundabout, that after that it should be plain sailing.

We may be late arriving at the rally but the tea is done just wanting warming :A (he this is a biggy for me) and we will get away before our friends can who eat with us, so no probs.

Have a nice weekend, catch you late Sunday.

pooky - Im doing the treadmill, bike, cross-trainer, rower and then some weight machines and some situps at the gym, i had an induction and a programme worked out for me to follow. If I get on the rowers they are in front of the tv and I watch This Morning whilst rowing!!:D
Are you still doing your Paul McKenna tapes?? Anyway what were you on the other day?? I read yr post you done loads!!!! phew

Sounds like torture at the gym - is there at least a few decent male bums to watch?

As for the Paul McKenna - not listened to it in ages - hoping to get back on track now I've finished my fertility hormones - one of the side effects was rapid wight gain - they weren't kidding.

As for "what was I on the other day".......mostyly painkillers - had a killer dose of sciatica and couldn't sit down - much like today - I've cleaned out both DD's wardrobes - ironed all their new winter stuff and it's all hung and folded away - did 1 hour of my ironing and then 2 hours of ironing for a friend (could have done with your new steamy doodahh). She's paying me to do hers though and it's always much more interesting ironing other peoples clothes - bit like doing other peoples washing up - could do that all day.

Frogga - I'm with Mrs M on the chutney - I'll place and order now! Incidently - my DH lived in Ipswich when we met :D

    just dropping in again

Well i cleaned all the windows inside and out, and then sat there pondering what to do, and could come up with nothing - im upto date on all my cleaning :T
So i ended up, dragging the lawnmower and strimmer up the steps into the garden and now it is mown and strimmed to within an inch of its life, and i have de-weeded and swept the block paved area... :j ... its not normally my domain, but i have taken advantage of a rare "no rain day"... ooh i can feel some serious browny point coming from hubby - well after he has told me off for doing things i really shouldn't:shhh:

To top it all, my next door neighbour came out to chat -and asked if i could stop cleaning the windows/doors and sweep the front so often, as im just making her house look mucky :rotfl: ....and -oh and can you shut the windows when you are cooking tea, as hubby keeps commenting on "the lovely smell coming from next door" and has started wondering why he doesn't get home cooked meals when he gets in from work  -thats a brave man -I can feel a domestic brewing

well im off to make a cuppa, and then sit n twiddle my thumbs until its time to cook tea (with the windows shut):rotfl:

Hope you are all having a great day.. hugs for all those in need

    Afternoon all,

Ham on for dinner, will have it earlyish as DD4 is off to town with some college mates and like to make sure she eats before she goes out ( she is only 26 for god's sake!) Will have cabbage and steamed potatoes and with ham and some of the victoria sponge DD made last night.

MrsMCawber....no doubt you have had a word with brother and/or niece about your mother, she really needs to do what she is told by hospital.

Frogga...you almost had me you nasty person....put me on the list for the onion marmalade and I will forgive you.

Shez...with all that gym work surely you don't have to iron as well?? Think that Volvo part thing might be someone playing an Irish joke on you?

Anniebooklover...no excuse for school not giving DD time to eat her lunch, should be a separate queue for those not needing to be served surely.

DeeDee....can only offer you sympathy on the 15year itch or whatever...you will always be wrong for the next few years at least.

Mrs Mix...lovely to have vouchers when you go to garden centre isn't it? you can say 'I'll have that and that and...' Enjoy your plants.

Hester....get that lodger sorted or is she paying you hotel rates to cover internet costs as well as bed and board???

Haribo...have pity on your poor MIL...sorry, misread post, thought you said that she is a vegetable, realise now that you said vegetarian! I like to think that I am fairly broadminded but I get seriously p***ed off when people try to ram something down my throat, be it religion, food preference, sexual inclinations...their business not mine. Feed her veggies, but that should be enough courtesy.

Dannahaz...congratulations on all your baking, I keep thinking about Christmas but so far have little more than 2 books and most of a shrug made I had better get my skates on...

DLB....don't blame you for being mad...hopefully by now the carpets are almost laid and they are so beautiful that your blood pressure has come down off the ceiling.

    Redruby...hugs to your OH

    Donnygal...enjoy the weekend

Hugs to all those not yet here to-day, hope that your day is going well.

Probably be back later, here until 2am today....definitely going to bed earlier tonight.

If she starts on that I'm gonna force feed her a rare fillet steak. :o:D

Believe me my description of her really didn't do her justice......she is much much worse than that in real life. ;)
