Strawberries for breakfast (1), lettuce, tomato, cucumber, beans and broccoli (3) for lunch, beans, courgettes, lentils and peppers (6) for supper.

Should be easier from tomorrow as there are fewer people here.

Salad for lunch today, so lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, spring onion, sweetcorn, grated carrot.

Dinner was sweet and sour chicken, rice, carrots and broccoli. S&S had a little red pepper, onion and pineapple but not worth counting.

    Today's totals: 7:0

    So much easier on workdays...

Another 0:0 day yesterday, as predicted. I was annoyed by the lack of vegetarian options on the menu when I went out last night.

I have extinguished my supply of fruit and must concentrate on getting through my veg now.

It's not even 6pm and we reckon we've had about 4000 cals each today.. Including half a ton of sugar, another ton of carbs, some mushrooms and some fruit juice.
We still have to go out to dinner:o.

Go big or go home, they say... I've just proved I can do both:D.
    I'm counting today at 0:1.
    Thankfully back at work tomorrow.

If there was 80g of pulses and veg in it, yes it would have counted. You're doing really well.

I started the day with Oatibix as I was feeling a little fragile after last night's outing. I wasn't hungry later, but grazed on carrots and salad later and perked up remarkably after that. Unfortunately when I got back my best intentions of HM minestrone with additional broccoli (which would have counted as 3) disappeared when I remembered just how much I love Oatibix...so I had another helping :o

  • I was middle of the road ( for me)

    Chicken and roasted toms

Salad of various green and red things

    So about 3 portions

Oh and a slurp of fresh orange juice for breakfast

Now if we could count red wine, I'd be up there :)

Another bad day :o - just one portion of salad leaves so I forced another one down now, along with 2 giant plums (which to be fair did not need to be forced, they were like nectar) - makes today a 2:2.

I knew I was eating too much sugar until about 5 months ago when I made a conscious decision to stop, I just didn't realise how little else I ate and that makes eating the required veg quota a greater challenge than I had thought.
