Yesterday was a busy day, lots of coffee and driving.
I had raspberries (and banana) and um, surely there must be more?
Nope, that's about it. 0:1.
I'm an adult and I can eat whatever I want whenever I want and I wish someone would take this power from me.

I'm finding this thread really motivating
Breakfast - peach (1), lunch tomato, avocado, mung beans, courgette, radishes (5)0 -
Breakfast - porridge with stewed apple, then toast
Lunch - salad (all home-grown:)) of 3 types of lettuce, chickweed, tomatoes, chives. Some "genuine" type sauerkraut and I had canned salmon and cold baked potato with nooch (aka nutritional yeast). Followed by lassi and half a banana.
Dinner - think I might do some roasted veggies (aubergine, cauliflower, onion, garlic), hummus and a grain of some description. Followed by fruit (probably an apple).0 -
Another pretty disasterous day. Not at home so wine and not a great deal more.Value-for-money-for-me-puhleeze!

Lunch was a salad - lettuce, tomato, spring onion, cucumber, grated carrot, sweetcorn, pine nuts, vinaigrette, followed by an orange.
Dinner was an omelette with kale, carrots and spuds, followed by raspberries and banana.

ETA: oops, I've counted the banana, so it's 7:2.I'm an adult and I can eat whatever I want whenever I want and I wish someone would take this power from me.

May be trying not to think too hard about this today - with lunch being whatever I fancy from what's on sale at community event I'm planning on going to. Hopefully it should be fine - as it's turning into quite a foodie little sorta thing:)
Waiting for books to come through from Amazon currently - having read about Dr A. McDougall's dietary programme elsewhere on MSE Old Style threads. Gather that's basically vegan - minus nuts and seeds:eek: - but think that might be an idea to try it possibly for a couple of months (ie just long enough to get shot of being size label 14:eek: - ie size 16 then in "real money"! - and the acid reflux that has been a problem for a while). Well - it looks like it includes plenty of vegetables and pulses....0 -
