Hopefully the veg is negating the biscuit intake. Just been for a run and followed it with a fruit smoothie (7). I intend to have a sweetcorn (8) when I've had a shower and before I start work again.0

Banana, peppers, spring onion, radishes, raisins, grapes, Apple, blueberries and celery. That's really good for me although I forgot to have juice for breakfast.'If you have a garden and a library, you have everything you need' Marcus Tullius Cicero0

Today ended up being a 2:3 day. I treated myself to a giant croissant at 4pm and that was enough for me, there's still plenty of veg to be had but I cannot eat for the sake of it.Value-for-money-for-me-puhleeze!

Ahem....and today's total finished with (most of....) an apple (courtesy of those damn bugs getting at my apples).
I guess the wine this evening didnt count - ahem! and I'm certain the odd bit of lemon in the very professional cake we were sampling didnt either. It was very nice cake - and worth letting myself off the "I very very rarely have cake" hook - as it was something different to what I've had before. Fortunately - I don't get tempted by the "same old same old" - but something new comes under my heading of "New = experiment. Must experiment"
Will have to try that idea of adding tomato or a poached egg to avocado on toast next time I have it....0 -

Well it's better than JUST eating the biscuits surely?
Next step is to start logging my food in my fitbit app again. I suspect the biscuit-eating might be reduced if I upped the protein and fat. And even added some carbs as one slice of toast a day isn't really going to have an impact...0
