Loong day today and lots of junk food... chips and burgers.
I did have an apple though.
Back to normality tomorrow, thankfully.

Can't remeber what I had on Thursday but I did do it. Yesterday was banana, butternut squash, kidney beans, salad, onions, leeks and peas.

I was talking to a friend this morning (on my way to the farm shop to buy lots of vegetables
) and she was complaining that her partner is losing more weight than her, despite her doing all the cooking. We worked out that he doesn't really snack at work, whereas she's eating quite a bit of fruit during the day. So she's going to try to switch to veg for snacking.
Farm shop is wonderful at this time of year. I spent £20 on organic veg all grown on site - aubergines, peppers, BNS, leeks, beans, carrots, tomatoes, cucumbers, spinach, courgettes, sweetcorn. I have enough for the week, and to do some batch cooking of soups and stuff to freeze.
Having said that, today so far I've had a smoothie - slowly working my way through the frozen bananas, strawberries and blueberries that have made it into the freezer to prevent them going off. I'm not going to buy any more fruit.
(I also have to admit to a banana and peanut butter sandwich after my run yesterday, as I was ravenous, but I also had peas and salad with fish & chips & wine in the evening).0 -
My OH had to pay another 20p for not eating his quota yesterday. We have decided to put the money towards making chick pea burgers.Debt Free Stage 1 - Completed 27/08/2020

It's been a 0:4 day for me and I don't see that changing now (done with food for the day).
Strangely for me, I have had potatoes too. Vit C yes, but carbs rather than veg.Value-for-money-for-me-puhleeze!

Not a good day despite all the shopping - too much being done indoors. So after the smoothie (1) Lunch was left over roasted veg from yesterday (4) with tomatoes (5) and butterbeans (6). Beans, tomato and egg on toast for supper (7)0

Lunch today was salad - very limp lettuce so not a full portion but everything else was fine - tomatoes, cucumber, spring onions, sweetcorn, celery, sultanas, pine nuts, vinaigrette.
Dinner: crispy chili beef, rice, broccoli and carrots. Apple, orange and banana for snacks.
Much better today - 6:4.I'm an adult and I can eat whatever I want whenever I want and I wish someone would take this power from me.
