Hank you so much @f0xh0les. Even I should be able to remember that and can cope with the instructions too!

well done on the weight loss!
    DON'T BUY STUFF (from Frugalwoods)
No seriously, just don’t buy things. 99% of our success with our savings rate is attributed to the fact that we don’t buy things... You can and should take advantage of discounts.... But at the end of the day, the only way to truly save money is to not buy stuff.    Money doesn’t walk out of your wallet on its own accord.

Refined carbs are not good for me either!

I’m intrigued by the peanut soy dressing … 🤔 Please tell me more? 😊

I think it needs thinly sliced red chilli 🌶 , but it might be just me.   I ended up throwing some raw shredded broad beans in with carrot, white cabbage, chard, cuke, lettuce,  tomato, red peppers and 1/4 of an 🥑 and a matchbox sized piece of smoked tofu (cubed). I had it for lunch and dinner.  I am happy. So much raw stuff, and it would make a fantastic pack-up lunch meal.
I may have been abducted by aliens 👽.  I do not sound like me at all.
Still at 'not obese' but am hoping for another drop imminently.
DH will be back tomorrow night, if all goes to plan.
Sorted out another load of wood to make another free planter tomorrow .

Agree on the chilli @f0xh0les. I have a remarkably similar recipe for dressing and it has chillies in it!

Carbs don't agree with me either, although that sadly doesn't mean I don't eat them when i'm too exhausted to do anything else. I function best on masses of veg and pulses.

I meant those big flat green beans, not broad beans, not French ones .... oh! Runner beans!!!
Carbs do agree with me. They love me so much they stick to me and don't ever want to let me go.  Leaving them behind is the easiest way for me to drop a stone in a month. So that is my plan. 1 stone loss by next weekend,  and then as close to 1 more stone by my birthday in mid June.

Thanks for the recipe 😊 Definitely no chillies for me. Even raw garlic will be quite ‘hot’ for me! 😉
