Aggressively dieting due to huge shock when I got back on the scales.Good progress, 6lbs down.Shake/ Veg Soup/Shake/Jelly/Watermelon/Apple and lots of water - very boring, utterly unsustainable, but a short term gain to get back into the merely 'overweight' category (yoiks!). So the Motivation is very high. I have all the magic powders in from the last bout of motivation, and a birthday coming up in June.Only one day of work this month, and no pb funds for fun money. £250 left in the budget and 9 days til payday. Either Wibble - All normal flavours plus fruits of the forest and cola, labelled as vegan and 20 cal per pint. Or Ahmed brand, lots of Indian jelly powders use carageen - they also solidify at room temperature. So stir, forget, wander past an hour later and put in the fridge. I put them into small drinking glasses and then I can just grab one serving from the fridge and don't have to think about it.
