    At least they asked your DH.  My double glazing salesman asked to talk to my son about the quote.  Needless to say he didn't get the job.  That's m/c too but I think the opposite side to you.

    - When bought house £315,995 mortgage debt and end date at start = October 2039 - now £232,244
    - OPs to mortgage = £12,148  Interest saved £5,738 to date
    Fixed rate 3.85% ends October 2030

    So happy to hear DS1 is starting to thrive in a work role - that’s wonderful 😊

    Yaay for the £150 and all the other bits and pieces coming into you. It will be interesting to find out how your DH gets on without you there … 😉 It sounds like this work week might be quite fun, albeit tiring! Hope it goes well 😊 What is it that you are doing during this week away? (Sorry if if you’ve said and I’ve missed it.)

    DH does not get it, but I loved working bars and events, and if work feels like a party, it is not really work.
