    I agree with the matching the solicitor.  After all you have already done most of his work for him.  That is quite normal with probate though.

    I think you have some choices (stating the fe**ing obvious)
    - go with the one who is highest (possibly via the sealed bid) - some might say as executor you have to do that to maximise value of the estate
    - go with most proceedable - I'm sure a valid mitigation to not getting max value is getting money quicker
    - go with FTB or other that rewards you with most karma for doing good - who else would ever find out about options 1&2 

    Not a lawyer but I think for probate satisfaction you only have to sell it at (ie not below) market value - so if all the offers are above that then you are OK to choose
