Love the suggestion for a new name.

I had one of mine removed a couple of years ago.  I found it very interesting.  I had posted it 6 months earlier so not exactly current.  The complaint was that I was too harsh.  How do you tell someone who made a serious comment about what he was going to do that it would be illegal?  I was more worried I hadn't been clear enough.  If I hadn't posted & he had gone ahead & got a criminal record, how would I feel then?  I don't think they even look at what they are doing.  That was around the time we got all those warnings about what was posted.  I stopped posting for a little while, but decided if someone is going to report you they will do it even though you've done nothing wrong.

Well, almost.  I got an email to ask if I would work for a week, in a different location, the week after the kids break up for the Summer Hols, so I said yes!  Love it when the work comes to you. Plus it is a hotel stay in a place I used to work.. and it may be the start of more trips away.

What a nice start to a Saturday.

Today was a good day, I have got £450 back from a health insurance policy (not life, but medical)  for s/g, well, a cheque is in the post.  Glad I wrote to them on the off chance.

Found the right anti-histi's that have been out of stock for ages in the chemist, so no itchy eyes today for the first time in 2 months - they have gone up to £4.99  £1 more than last time.  Cetirizine Hydrochloride - ask for it by name, not by brand name (pirit0n), it costs less and the bottle is bigger ::smiley

Bought lots of ys salad this afternoon, so it is salad and mock chicken burgers for them, and a small salad for me.  The scales finally caught up with me this morning, and I was another lb down.   I can only put it down to hormones. I have been rigid in following the rules but the weight just would not shift, even though my clothes are looser, the scales did not move.  I am not mucking about anymore.

In an effort to move more, after the email telling me they owed s/g money, I took myself off on a walk around the c/shops, got a 50p book for me, a pair of shorts for DS3 (who may now be taller than me - he has growed again, the brat! ) a pair of trousers for DS2 and 2 pairs for DS1... they can fight amongst themselves as to who gets the mint green hoody. I no longer care.

DS4 gets nothing as he is putting on weight like mad.  I can no longer keep bread in the house, as he comes downstairs while everyone else is in bed, and eats it all.  He has been rumbled.  I was standing in the supermarket, comparing calorific values, and making sure he had enough food so that he would not be hungry, but also would lose weight, and the rotten little monster has been helping himself to fistfuls of almonds, hazelnuts and pecans, he ate an entire jar of peanut butter in 3 days, he denies it all.  So either DS4  is lying, or DH is entertaining a rugby squad after I go to bed.  I GIVE UP!!!

In other news, I found out that french ducks say 'kwa kwa' not quack , and pigs say 'groin groin' not oink.
