In a past life I was househunting with a live in chap and we found our ideal house, we offered, they were thinking. He went out, gone ages, came back and said we needed to withdraw the offer. He had tested and retested the journey time and it was just far enough that his parents would want to "stay over" rather than visit.
"No one needs that" he insisted. Offer was withdrawn.
