He has boxes and boxes of completed projects, they would fill his study entirely, then there are the crates and crates of cloth. The joy for him is the learning how to, rather than the completed object iyswim, but then he has to keep the completed item that might have been created as single use, because he spent so much time on it.

Sadly no news on DS2, except that he has become surprisingly grumpy since DS1 started working ……🎯 He is next and he knows it.
DS3 has not worked since the first 'nah nah na nah nah' I got a job before you! to DS1, it is annoying because there is a lot of work out there for him if he fancied it. Talk is cheap. It did motivate DS1 to get his butt in gear though ….

The back room is much clearer, I asked him where it had gone, he said he had tidied it. I asked where it had gone, he said he had thrown some away (half a wicker bin's worth) ….. and the rest is … (sigh) under….my…..bed…. along with his big canvas tent. Be careful what you wish for!
I got paid for 2 weeks work last month, the 3rd week will be paid at the end of August (boo! to waiting) and so I have pretended to be a grown up and :
a) Filled in one year of NI contributions (partial year) which leaves me only 7 years left to find before 2041, under current rules. There are 2 more years I can buy for less than £300 each (I plan to buy another one at the start of September), and one for just over £500 (I will leave that one I think)
b) Bought a new doorbell with 4 loudspeakers that flash neon blue (in case people are wearing earphones or hoovering) and chime loudly. One on top floor, one in DS2's middle floor bedroom, one in living room, one in the kitchen at the back of the house. DH threatened vengence if I put any of The Sound of Music tunes on. There must have been 5 of them, I guess it is out of copyright? Horrific. So just a DING DONG!! …DING DONG!!! noise.
I am haunting B00kFace because that is where I get my work from, and checking my phone all the flipping time which is annoying me greatly. I have applied to work some festivals now, so I have to wait for them to get back to me, but it is a frenzy once they release the shifts. 6 Employers F0xh0les. I have applied to work at weekends at the local football stadium, 3x a month as a side income, I would only be sat on the sofa otherwise. It will get me out of the house and back home on the sofa by 6.30pm. I am still learning which months are dead and which months are busy with ceremonies/events. They shift between months so it makes it quite hard to plan. A pattern will no doubt emerge.
So mostly positive, some housey bits done, some financial bits done, other revenue streams are opening up, and, drum roll please …………….. I have lovely sweet grapes on my grapevine!!!! They taste like honey, which is very bizarre, but I am disgustingly smug about the whole thing, considering I have only fed and watered it a bit.

Oh, and the energy people are giving me back £250+ because I am nearly £500 in credit after the bill for July went out. Thank you! MY money, not YOUR money.
