Thank you, it is good to have a second (third, and fourth) opinion.  I am too close to it to be objective any more.  I thought it was okay, but then you get a bit weirded out that there might be a dirty pair of pants on the floor, or a dead body in the corner that I have missed.

No pants on the floor that I can see and folk can always look past the odd body in a corner (actually i did see a property up for sale with photos where the resident was sat in a chair, I assume someone had checked for a pulse  )

Will take down the identifying post later on today, when I get more affirmation it is okay.  Fish-eye lenses are silly.  Can't believe she put the big light on though! Suppose it shows the electrics work?

Going to go back to volunteering today, it has been 5 weeks since I  absconded. Still, it will be nice to have a gossip.

I’m within 3 mins of the house at least once a week.  I’d say it’ll go quickly.  It’s a popular spot for people wanting a small move from Belfast and school bus routes are in place to the Belfast schools.

Hi f0xh0les, delurking to say the bungalow is fab. I did notice on the schematic there appears to be 4 bedrooms. If this is the case you might be able to get a higher price, if not you might want to contact the e a to get that corrected.

Hi @Liverpool_Anne , the family room can either be a second reception, or a bedroom, it all depends on how you want the layout of the house to be.  It is a pretty versatile little house.
