they do always seem to put the lights on, maybe they think it adds ambiance but i'm with you that it just shows the electrics work
just relooking those room sizes are super! puts so many houses that have a bedroom (or 2) that will never fit a bed in to shame

@in_need_of_direction thank you so much for the local info!   You are welcome for a cuppa anytime I am back.  I was literally inundated with visitors popping in when I was over, the people over there are lovely, but it really didn't help with getting stuff done and toward the end I was starting to feel emotionally frazzled - .  I just wanted to get home and have a warm body in bed next to me.  Thank you so much for your message.

Well, I have been back home for a week, and not really achieved anything.  I have taken photos of some things to sell, but could not make myself post them online. It is my job for next week (my froglet).

Realised my auntie had her first stroke when she was my age.  Terrified the life out of me - back on the shakes for breakfast, shake for supper, lunch is solid food.  By this time next week I will have less than two stone to lose. 

I am aiming to race Probate with weightloss.

Frankly that’s not much of a challenge! You may lose more weight than planned if you keep to your diet till they’re done!

You haven't the interested parties have, the benefit of it will come your way once they've finished (think of the roof it will buy you) so kick your feet up and let them tizzy about & let the EA referee to fully earn their fee

Current situation, I have had an offer £16k over the asking price.  Over 10 more people viewed yesterday.......

Not a peep out of the solicitor since the sign up letter arrived.

Posted off all the final bank statements of s/g's accounts that were open at the time of her death to the solicitor (£190k and she would not buy a chocolate covered biscuit as it was excessive!)

HMCR Pirates have been in touch in case s/g owes them money......  they can't sort out why she had not received her pension for 8 weeks before her death, but they can find me, just in case she owes them £40.   

Not impressed in the slightest with the other inheritees.  They are just leaving it for me to get on with it.  It actually takes up quite a lot of time.  I am annoyed the solicitor can charge £175 an hour.

What is the going rate to charge for my time?
